I am targeting roles centered on process improvement, data quality, quality assurance, documentation, knowledge management, workflow design, CRM or records coordination, and process-focused operations. The title matters less than the work itself. I am looking for a role where careful execution, critical thinking, and practical improvement are all part of the job.

I am not discarding the experience. I am broadening the way it is described. The core of translation and localization quality work includes classification, terminology control, standards adherence, ambiguity resolution, comparative review, vendor evaluation, documented findings, and calibration across people and teams. Those strengths apply well beyond the language-services industry.

I want to do more work that requires accuracy, research, clear decisions, and an understanding of how the parts of a system affect one another. I am most useful when I can learn the process, perform the work, and address the recurring problems that make it slower or less reliable.

I am curious, observant, reliable, and direct. I can stay focused on repetitive or high-volume work without switching off the part of my mind that notices patterns, unclear requirements, and avoidable friction. I learn the structure behind the task and keep the larger purpose in view.

I have worked with regulated language services, clinical and healthcare documentation, nonprofit operations, CRM data, donor records, education, and workflow automation. Moving across those areas taught me how to enter an unfamiliar system, identify its constraints, ask useful questions, and become productive without assuming that one industry works like another.

I am technically capable, but I do not present myself as a software engineer. I work comfortably with structured data, Excel, CRM systems, taxonomies, Python-based automations, Power Automate, and AI-assisted workflows. My strength is translating a practical need into clear requirements, testing the result, and keeping the human user in view.

Yes. I understand that consistency is often the job, and I can maintain it across repetitive or high-volume work. That repetition also reveals the system. At scale, unclear categories, recurring exceptions, unnecessary handoffs, and preventable errors become easier to see. I keep the required output moving while identifying where a tested change could reduce friction or risk.

I work best where ownership and priorities are clear, feedback is specific, and people communicate directly. Useful standards help everyone make consistent decisions. Reasonable autonomy gives me room to investigate a pattern, solve a problem, and improve a process without turning every small choice into a meeting.

I compare my decision with the accepted interpretation and identify what changed the outcome: the rule, the context, the constraint, or the evidence. Then I apply that distinction consistently. When the same confusion affects several people, I look for the documentation or process change that would make the expectation clearer.

I am comfortable owning focused work independently. I also value clear handoffs, useful calibration points, and direct communication with the people whose decisions affect the result. I do not need constant interaction, but I do need the right interaction at the right time.
